How I Dissolve Procrastination

There's no such thing as procrastination. I work from home as a freelancer, and I have my own development projects. With no one looking over my shoulder I have lots of opportunity to put things off. And I've taken the opportunities. Of course there is a bundle of habits and outcomes I experience that I label procrastination. But, for me, getting beyond procrastination has required taking a hard look at it, and I've found that I used to think about it as if it had a realness to it. It doesn't. It's not part of my personality or my body. It's only the pain I suffer when I succumb that makes it seem as real as a toothache...
